After years of watching people piece together wellness from multiple locations and isolated appointments, I knew there had to be a better way. I didn’t just want convenience, I wanted intention. I wanted a space where I could surround myself with people who cared about their health the way I did. So, I built MedHouse.

R3 Health Network exists to teach, guide, and support practitioners who want to reclaim their purpose, improve patient outcomes, and take control of how they deliver care.

Renewing Our Heroes is far more than just a charity to me. It is a passion project I began alongside my late father, Steven Radich, a proud New York City firefighter who served his community with courage and compassion for over 30 years.
This mission is rooted in the values he lived by: selflessness, resilience, and unwavering service. I feel deeply connected to the community of first responders. Those who run toward danger so others can run to safety, and I am forever indebted to their fearless commitment.
Today, I carry this work forward with great pride, in honor of my dad. Through Renewing Our Heroes, we provide integrative, functional, and regenerative healthcare services to veterans and first responders who are often overlooked or underserved by the traditional system.
